Rosendals café

Rosendals Trädgård is one of Stockholm’s true gems! The garden café is located in a fantastic setting on shady Djurgården island, and offers salads, soups, sandwiches and pastries that taste like home-made. The café uses organic and biodynamic ingredients. Produce from the garden is used in season, and the pastries are come from the restaurant’s own bakery. Many Stockholmers make the pilgrimage to Rosendal on sunny days, but there’s room for numerous guests. In the summer you can sit on the grass in the apple orchard.

Rosendals Tradgard

A Stockholm native recommended Rosendals Tradgard to us, and we went twice during a 6 day visit to Stockholm. We walked from Skansen and ate lunch at tables in a very nice park. Food was great, and the setting was even better.
