Chef of the Year – Swedish Professional Cooking Championships 2024

The Chef of the Year is the Swedish championship in professional cooking, and is Sweden's most prestigious industry competition. The Chef of the Year competition was started in 1983 by the dairy companies' trade association Svensk Mjölk together with the Gastronomic Academy and Tore Wretman. The goal was to increase gastronomy interest and raise the status of the cooking profession, as well as the reputation of Scandinavian cuisine.
