Christmas Lunch at The Viking Museum

Christmas is nearly here and that means The Viking Museum’s Restaurant Eld will be offering a historic Christmas lunch! Herring, salmon, cheeses and cold cuts will be served as starter. Followed by wild boar with smoked plums, deer and brisket, potatoes, creamed kale and more. Dessert is almond cake, lingonberry chessecake and saffron panna cotta.
