Christmas is the ultimate food holiday, which si mirrored in Stadhuskällaren's generous Christmas offering of pickled herrings, cold cuts, cheese and bread, hot dishes, and a cornucopia of baked goodies. Everything on the Christmas table is composed and prepared in our kitchen with sustainable and carefully selected ingredients. As usual, Stadhuskällaren's menu includes elements of wild game, forest and land (sic!).
