Try platform and springboard diving for free. No prior knowledge is required besides how to swim 10 meters. From 24 February to 2 March, Simklubben Neptun hosts diving lessons for free at GIH-badet. Diving is a sport that combines agility, strength, courage, and body awareness in a lovely mix.
