    Sensational groove! Afro-Brazilian Polyrhythms! Gil Felix encountered Afro-pop in Paris in the 80s and has since developed his own Brazilian Afro-pop. In Gil's musical universe, it is clear that African music has traveled back and forth across the Atlantic. Brazilian samba reggae is mixed here with Congolese soukous and Angolan tones and spiced up with modern Nigerian Afrobeat.
