One could add Radiohead, Jan Garbarek and Sun Ra to the list of inspiring musicians for this band- Girls in Airports make a restrained jazz that seeks harmonies and moods of the quieter kind - and at the same time bakes in electronic soundscapes and indie-pop melancholy melodies. According to Orkester Journalen's reviewer, this band is at its best live. Now it's time for them to do it on the Fasching stage.
