An introduction to Zen meditation, known as zazen. The introduction lasts about four hours during which we go through the basics of zazen and what characterises Zen as a tradition. We cover different sitting postures and meditation exercises as well as rituals at Stockholm Zen Center. You also get to try out Zen meditation yourself.
