Messiah in Swedish

In 2017, a unique revival of G.F. Handel’s Messiah in Swedish took place, based on the first Swedish performance from 1786. The concert, held at the Riddarhuset, was the result of collaboration between music researchers, conductor, musicians, and several institutions. It offered a new opportunity to experience the work as it sounded 238 years ago. The concert will take place on November 27, German church, with tickets available via Tickster.
