This folk musical opera composed by Sofia Thelin mixes songs, folk music, modern circus and light projections in a beautiful and imaginative way. The cast includes singers, circus artists, the composer herself accompanied by the most leading folk musicians. The rights to the book have been obtained by Astrid Lindgren AB. The performance is financed by the former Statens musikverk and Helge Ax:son Johnson Stiftelse.
