ÖtillÖ 2025 – The Swimrun World Championships

ÖTILLÖ is the mother of all swimruns and the origin of the entire sport. ÖTILLÖ is considered one of the most prestigious endurance races in the world.

The race starts at Sandhamn and finishes at Utö Värdshus on Utö. The course consists of 24 islands that the competitors swim between and then run over. The total distance is 70 kilometers, of which 9 km is open water swimming and 61 km is trail running.
