Sarah Riedel sings Georg Riedel

The evening’s concert will be a tribute to one of our most important jazz musicians – bassist, composer and arranger Georg Riedel. Georg left earthly life in the spring of 2024, but his work for the musical life is gigantic and limitless. Now his daughter Sarah Riedel is invited to Fasching to sing songs from Georg and Sarah’s joint repertoire: A warm moment full of lyricism, comfort and loss, all embraced by Georg’s characteristic, curious melodies and harmonies.
