Shabaka

One of the absolute front men of the London jazz scene, Fasching-regular pipe-blower Shabaka Hutchings brings his new solo project to Slaktkyrkan. Now with a shift in focus from his both wayward and grand tenor playing, which we have come to know in groups such as The Comet Is Coming, Sons of Kemet and Shabaka & The Ancestors, to flutes from around the world in general and the Japanese bamboo shakuhachi flute in particular.
