The Royal Drottningholm's fantastic surroundings let you glide away in the land of dreams. You "move" from the end of the 17th century and Queen Hedvig Eleonora. She took the initiative for a baroque garden surrounded by four-row linden alleys. The architects were inspired by newly laid out castle gardens in France where the ideal was strict, disciplined, and symmetrical. Then the slightly higher water part with the smaller fountains and the Hercules Fountain in the center, cascades, and bushes.
