If you're keen to get involved with the vibrant startup scene in Stockholm there are a number of networks, organisations and co-working spaces to know about.
Events and networks
Nordic JS is a two day Java Script conference. Their aim is to share inspiration, to create opportunities for people to meet and learn from each other, and to bring the community closer together.
Stockholm Entrepreneurs is a network for entrepreneurs, startups, developers, investors, marketers, and others to meet, learn and connect. Their events aim to help people launch new businesses, meet new business partners, gain access to funding, and grow to the next stage and beyond.
STHLM Tech Fest is the biggest annual startup event that brings together the top investor groups, Stockholm's most exciting startups, and thousands of attendees.
Sthlm Tech Meetup is for every tech enthusiast, hacker, entrepreneur, event organizer, and designer to come together for the common purpose of building a better startup community. Each meetup brings a special guest, company pitches and discussions about initiatives that further promote the Stockholm Tech Community.
Sthlm Startups is a grass-root initiative founded in 2012 by eight Stockholm startups to support the growth of the Stockholm startup scene. The leadership team organizes events and meetups for entrepreneurs and other people involved in the startup scene.
Startup Grind is the largest independent startup community, actively educating, inspiring, and connecting 215,000 founders in over 185 cities. They nurture startup ecosystems in 70 countries through events, media, and partnerships with organizations like Google for Entrepreneurs.
Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship is a joint collaboration between the five universities in Stockholm. Since launching in 1999, they have grown a large community of entrepreneurs, investors and supporters of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
STING Day is an annual event that connects tech startups with more than 100 investors from around the world. The most promising entrepreneurs, brightest investors and most interesting industry profiles are brought together to network and help build the global companies of tomorrow.
Co-working spaces and hubs
Epicenter offers flexible workspace based on your needs in the heart of the city. Besides exciting office environments, they have an excellent café, comfortable lounges and state-of-the-art conference facilities.
Startup hub SUP46, located in the center of Stockholm and home to more than 50 cherry-picked startups, offers a member-based community and ecosystem of investors, mentors and partners. They also provide an open meeting place and host events on a regular basis.
Other co-working spaces and hubs are Stockholm Music House, Amplify, Stockholm fintech hub, Norrsken Foundation, Impact Hub, Knackeriet, Things, The Castle, H2 Health hub, This is Alma, Goto 10, and Embassy.
