In March 2020, Tommy Myllymäki opened AIRA, a fine dining restaurant on the island of Djurgården. The acclaimed chef wants the restaurant to be worth a detour – a clear hint to those who know their Guide Michelin. The kitchen focuses on seasonal Nordic ingredients, traditional cooking, and flavors from all around the world. Choose between à la carte or a tasting menu, depending on how much time and money you are willing to spend. In June 2023, AIRA received its second star from Guide Michelin.
