This bakery started off as a small and luxurious spot in the city – the owners of Bak have been responsible for the dessert at the Nobel Banquet twice. When they moved to larger premises in Hökarängen, they were able to open a spacious café. Visitors can now enjoy the freshly baked pastries on-site while looking at new bread being baked. Try the famous cinnamon buns for a mouthwatering fika experience.
