Using organic ingredients, over 60 spices and inspiration from cuisines all over the world, Hermans sets out to prove that vegetarian doesn’t mean boring. The buffet is completely vegan. In addition, the restaurant boasts a panoramic view of the entire inlet to Stockholm. In the summer there’s plenty of room in the shady garden.
