Solen

Solen is Michelin-starred duo Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman's newest venture. The restaurant is located just outside central Stockholm in Slakthusområdet, the former meatpacking district. The name translates into "The sun" which is reflected on a menu of dishes and flavors from the sunnier parts of the world, like the Mediterranean, the Middle-east, and South America. Fire is also a recurring theme. Both on the menu – with many ingredients being roasted, grilled, or smoked over open flames – and in the interior design with a large fire pit as the centerpiece in the dining room.
